For this week I will talk about Auckland's worst drought in history. This is a photo of showing the lack of water in one of the water dams. It is almost dried up and when it rains it has only filled up forty per cent. So Auckland needs rain but it's not happening!
The weather is just not right at the moment.
It is the worst drought on record for Auckland and a big worry because Auckland needs 400 million litres of water a day!
Kia ora Tyler, Since your report Auckland has had some rain but still not enough to fill the damns. I wonder if you read or saw on TV that there was a row about an area wanting to charge Auckland if they provided them with water? I am sure they sorted that out though.
